Cliff Ash

in loving memory.

Cliff was an improviser and this page was originally set up to highlight that. He was accomplished in improv and loved the art form well. Cliff was also a loving, loyal and warm friend. He is missed dearly by our improv community. This page reflects what it was originally intended to reflect, Cliff Ash the talented improviser, and it reflects Cliff Ash the friend.

Cliff Ash began his improv journey in April 2015 at the HIT. Since then he has performed, taught, coached teams, helped develop shows, and been house manager. On occasion you can see him in scripted theatre outside the HIT.

He’s performed in New York City at the Del Close marathon, as well as multiple festivals at locations in the Mid-Atlantic region. He’s also passionate about honing his craft. He’s taken workshops and classes in improv and acting throughout the region.

When not improvising, Cliff can enjoys movies and sports history. A piece of research he published is in the library at the Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto, Canada.

If you have photos of Cliff or links to videos you would like to add to this page please send them to socialmedia@hbgimprov.com to get them on the page.
